Senior Financial Advisor
Kayse A. Kress is a senior financial advisor at Connecticut Wealth Management. She is experienced in the areas of wealth management and financial planning and is responsible for the implementation and oversight of client portfolios. Kayse works with executives, doctors, business owners, and families. She is a member of the CTWM Investment Committee and specializes in analyzing foreign and international investments and determining portfolio recommendations for this sector.
Prior to joining Connecticut Wealth Management, Kayse was a financial advisor at KR Wealth Management. She was also a member of the firms’ client servicing team with a focus on marketing. In addition, Kayse was involved with the Kostin, Ruffkess and Company internship program where she mentored interns regarding the economic markets.
Kayse is often asked to present to various audiences including the students of the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and School of Dental Medicine about financial planning concepts and strategies. She also presents to various nonprofit organizations and continuing adult education workshops about money management, budgeting and the importance of creating a financial plan.
Kayse A. Kress graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a degree in marketing. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) licensee and holds a Series 65 securities registration through Connecticut Wealth Management, LLC.
Affiliations & Community Involvement
Kayse A. Kress is a member of the Financial Planning Association of CT Valley, the Metro Hartford Alliance and the Hartford Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs (“HYPE”). In addition, she is actively involved in local community organizations including the American Cancer Society and the National MS Society; she frequently bikes at fundraising events to support these organizations. Kayse is also a certified spinning instructor and teaches weekly spinning classes at various gyms in the Greater Hartford area.
