Senior Financial Advisor
Ryan P. Tuttle is part of the Financial Planning team where he works to create and implement client’s custom financial plans based on their needs, goals and wealth objectives. He works with executives, doctors, business owners, and families. Ryan is a member of the CTWM Investment Committee and implements advisory portfolio strategies. His other responsibilities include determining the recommendations for the firm’s insurance and 529 accounts.
Prior to joining Connecticut Wealth Management, Ryan worked for KR Wealth Management where he and senior management started the company’s original financial planning team in 2005. He was also part of the firm’s client servicing team. In addition, Ryan was involved with the Kostin, Ruffkess and Company’s internship program where he mentored interns regarding financial planning and the economic markets.
Ryan is often asked to present to various audiences including the students of the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and School of Dental Medicine about financial planning concepts and strategies. He also presents to various continuing adult education workshops about the importance of creating a financial plan.
Ryan P. Tuttle graduated from The University of Connecticut in Storrs where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. Ryan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) licensee, a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®). He holds his health, life and annuity licenses with the State of Connecticut and the Connecticut Partnership for Long Term Care Producer Certification. Ryan also holds a Series 65 securities registration through Connecticut Wealth Management, LLC.
Affiliations & Community Involvement
Ryan P. Tuttle is a budget coach for the Connecticut Wealth Management Outreach Program where he helps low-income families in Connecticut create, understand and implement a financial plan. In addition, he is an active member of the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce, UConn Alumni Association, the Financial Planning Association of CT Valley, the Metro Hartford Alliance, and the Hartford Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs (“HYPE”). He is also actively involved in local community organizations including the Epilepsy Foundation of Connecticut. He resides in Middletown with his wife Maria.
